From the very beginning, our philosophy was to step out from our comfort zone, to avoid the flavours and beverages which everyone knows, and to show something new. We’d like to demonstrate that, with a little bit of courage, new perspectives canopen up, and premium category can become affordable to anyone.
We place great emphasis on using fresh ingredients prepared by ourselves, be it syrups, bitters or fruit purees. Each member of our team is committed to development, creativity and taking up new challenges.
We follow the same principles in mixing our cocktails: to introduce something new, and to serve the classics in a new guise. Each of our beverages received a twist, an interesting ingredient: it has been transformed, whether in its taste, ingredients or with the aid of molecular gastronomy.
